Redlands Conservancy Chicago Colony Fact Sheet


What:
Major Donor Contribution and Investment Category

Purpose:
To provide the core funding for the Redlands Conservancy’s general operations, including costs for staff and office. 

Who:
Anyone is invited to join the Chicago Colony. Memberships may be for an individual, a family, a business, or a group.  Members-only events entitle admission for up to three people per membership. 

How/Cost:
Membership in the Chicago Colony costs $1,000.00 per year; additional contributions are welcomed.  Membership is limited to 50.  After 50 Founding Memberships are sold, new members may join as memberships are vacated.
Lifetime membership in the Chicago Colony of the Redlands Conservancy accompanies a contribution of $10,000.00.
           
Benefits to members:
Chicago Colony members will receive

  • invitations to semi-annual members-only events,
  • monthly bulletins about Redlands Conservancy activities and preservation/conservation-related issues,
  • previews of completed Redlands Conservancy projects,
  • a Chicago Colony ID card,
  • and recognition in the quarterly RC Report, on the Web site, and in the Annual Report

In addition, founding members will receive a Redlands Conservancy tote and a signed copy of Images of America: Redlands by Dr. Larry Burgess and Dr. Nathan Gonzales.

Most importantly, Chicago Colony members will enable the Redlands Conservancy to do the work they value to make a difference in Redlands’ quality of life.

Availability:
Chicago Colony Founding Membership is now open, and will remain open until 50 Founding Memberships are sold.
